Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Whisper Cups. We take great care in packaging our cups to ensure they arrive at your doorstep safe and sound.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3  business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a holiday sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard 3–7 Business Days
Expedited 1–2 Business Days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 Whisper Cups is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Shipping Insurance

We pack our cups with extra padding, but we know things can happen in transit.

  • If you receive your order and the item is damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will require photo evidence of the broken item and the box to process a replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do ship outside the United States.
